How is Al's different from Amazon, Uber Eats, or the big carriers?

We're not a delivery app or a national shipping giant. Al's is a dedicated local courier that works directly with you, and much of what we do is business-to-business. Your item is picked up and driven straight to its destination by one driver, with no sorting warehouses or waiting in line. That means faster, more personal, and more dependable service, from someone you can actually reach by phone.

Is delivery always same-day?

Often, but not always. Whether we can deliver same-day depends on what you're sending, what time your request comes in, and how far the route is. When same-day isn't possible, we'll get it out next-day, and we'll always tell you up front what to expect so there are no surprises.

Do you handle regular, scheduled runs for businesses?

Yes. A lot of our work is business-to-business. Many customers set up recurring pickups and drop-offs on a schedule that works for them. Ask us about setting up a routine route.

What can you deliver?

Everything from large crates and skids down to a single document or small parcel. If you're not sure it'll fit, just ask and we'll let you know.

What areas do you cover?

We're based in Uniontown and travel throughout Ohio and the surrounding areas. No destination is too far. Give us a call with your pickup and delivery spots.

What are your hours? Can you do weekends?

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We can also arrange runs over the weekend by request, so reach out even if it's outside normal hours.
